The 19th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution became law on August 26, 1920, granting American women the right to vote.
Ninety-nine years later, on National Women's Equality Day, Vision 2020's Toast to Tenacity honors the suffragists who fought for this right, and urges women to shape the future by exercising their right to vote.
Join Drexel University's Vision 2020 in raising a glass of grape juice, just as suffragist Alice Paul did 99 years ago, to celebrate the anniversary of women's right to vote.
